The world is a beautiful place and for those of us with an adventurer’s spirit there are hundreds of beautiful, spiritual, breath-taking places we can discover and explore.  It’s incredible how much variety there is on this amazing planet of ours – so have a read of this list – and make a note of these phenomenal places you shouldn’t miss during your time on earth.

1. New York City

The man-made jungle – this city is definitely a feat of engineering and somewhere everyone needs to see at some point in their lives. The buildings tower above you and you can’t help but feel overwhelmed by it.  In the heart of New York City you’ll find Central Park – the huge expanse of green in a city of busy business men and buzzing tourists, and here you find some gorgeous sights to be seen too.

2. Thailand

Thailand is huge and would take a long time to explore – but every step you take is another beautiful sight or sounds. The beaches in Thailand are especially notable – made famous by the film “The Beach.”  It really is a haven and a paradise.

A Cheese-Lover’s Tour of Paris by Taylor Ritchie (Guest Contributor)

The Eiffel Tower, the River Seine, the Champs-Elysees–these are mere details placed to ornament the real heart of Paris–cheese! Like the moon, Paris is made entirely of cheese for the true cheese connoisseur and my tour of the City of Cheese uncovered delectable morsels of Comte and untold lunches of baked potatoes covered in creamy Reblochon. If you love fromage as much as I do, you’ll discover that Paris is truly the ideal destination for cheese-lovers.

“Originally my family had reservations in a centrally located posh hotel, but due to the insistence of a family friend, we stayed with them in their flat in Paris.  What a contrast!  What a way to experience the culture, the food, and the atmosphere – all from the front row seat of a local’s perspective.  Staying in a home environment as opposed to a hotel imparted a totally different vibe.  My curiosity was peaked!”
